I get this strange thing. My battery dead and I changed a new one. Since then, I only can start my by using remote control. When I used key for it, I heard nothing. It seems no electrical signal was sent to starter. Pls help me!
Good thing is my car is still runing well.:D
Bad thing is the only way to start my car is by remote control.:(

Oh, my car is 2003 bull with OHV engine.

Since you have an aftermarket remote start, I would start with that. It might do something odd (like cut off the ignition) if it looses battery power. A wire might have come loose somewhere as well, especially if the ignition wires were tapped into for the remote start. Check your fuses too. Finally, I would check your battery voltage (should be 12.6 volts or more for a fully charged battery).

maybe

you messed up your pats key chip when you changed the battery.
Unlikely ,but after you get rid of the stupid remote start, it should work.
They should outlaw those gas wasters. sry for the rant, but too many times I see people warm their car 20 minutes. crying shame.
