Blend door cuts air flow by 80% on hot

I have fixed the coolant fix the vacuum leaks changed out the blower motor that failed in the middle of all this. Today cuz I started to put everything back together I was showing my son everything that we have done going over it and I switch the heat selector two full hot. We had the airflow coming out to to Center Vents and it was on high and as soon as I switched it to hot the airflow drop by probably 80%. I checked in every position and every airflow was reduced I looked at the blend door actuator and it is moving and not restricted. I know there is a supplemental blend door and I know there's an evaporator blend door. What am I missing? Has anybody run across this before surely it's not the heater core as I get hot air.

Here's a flow schematic of the air. Possibly the damper at the bottom of the core is not connected anymore. Did you9 remove the blend door actuator and the levers going to that door.
No I haven't removed blend actuator yet looking at that schematic I can't see where there would be such a reduction in airflow I mean the blend door unless it's just over drawn is four times the size of that secondary door but maybe I'll have to tear that apart

Everything is operating as it should I tried to stick a camera down in there but I couldn't get it inside but I did get it on each side of the heater core and saw it it was clear. I guess next step will be to take the heater core out. At least then once it's out I can get a camera scope in there and be able to look both ways.
