2008 Ford Taurus needs replacement lens covers and would like to change to a led headlight. Where should I go to have this done?

Pic of new vs polished pic and in the above pic. light on the door. The polished OE still diffuses the light so not so much on the pavement. I got the new from RA and they came with new bulbs.
Since I got LED's from Amazone for $31 for a pair and they are megaX more light with less power.
My experience with my '05 Buick LaCrosse Sylvania ultra star lasted less than a year. Conventional premium halogen bulbs cost ~$45 for a pair.
