I have a 2003 3.0L DOHC which about a month ago started missing every now and then at idle. I changed the fuel filter which I dumped the old one out and it did have some dirt/sand/or rust in it. It ran better for a few days then started doing the same thing again. After several weeks it has started to miss once in awhile under acceleration. Through out all of this I have not received any codes. It has 105,000 miles. Any ideas?
