When i have the dial turned to heat (red) air blows out of the vent really good but soon as i tur it to cold (blue) air stops coming out of all vents even tho i can still hear it moving behind the dash. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

There is a Vacuum operated BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR behind the dash you should go under with a flash light and have someone operate it and see which way isnt working cuase it could be something as simp as an arm just popped off or maybe the actuation gear (electrical) type is worn out. those are usually held in with a 8mm bolt but when those go bad you can usually hearing a clicking noise behind the dash.
Good Luck

Is the door located behind passenger side dash? also would it be the door if the air comes out of the front vents just fine when its on heat... seams like air only dosn't go out the front vents only when I turn on nob to cold

that sounds cloudy so..

When Nob is on heat the red.. air moves through the front vents perfectly

when i change nob to cold the blue nothing gets pushed through but i can hear air behind the glovebox

I have a similar issue where Turing the temperature blend to cold from hot. Sometimes it switches if I am patient., or just works just fine. Usually I'll have to cycle the heat /cold back and forth until it "thunks". Then glorious cold and. Comes out.

I think the actuator motors are failing on both parts.

What mode is the selector in when this happens? Is it in vent only or another mode? The temperature knob adjusts the blend door actuator via the computer which controls only whether the air is hot or cold. It usually doesn't affect where it comes out of or doesn't come out of. Have you checked the cabin air filter to see if it is clogged?
