2010 rear shock replacement guide?

I am going to be tackling this in upcoming weeks, I know I seen a guide somewhere for the 2010+ but cant seem to find it anywhere now. Anyone have one or know where to find one? It seems simple enough but I am a visual person and like to see it being done first

The task is very simple. Make sure to have at least one jack stand because you will need your jack available.

Get the car up, remove the wheel. Once you have that done place your jack stand in a secure spot and then remove your jack. Place it under the lower control arm and jack the control arm up enough to relieve the pressure of the shock. Remove the bolt that goes through the lower mounting point of the shock and then slowly release the pressure of the jack. On the inside, fold your seats down and on both side there will be a cubby hole where you will find the top of the shock. Remove the nut that sandwiches the bushing and washers down to the car. Once you remove the nut from the top, complete the process in reverse.

So I was scoping this out this weekend in hopes to get it started, but one thing came to mind.... In what sequence do you take the top mounting bolts off? Can I loosen them before I lift the car up? Or should I just get to them from the back seat while the car is lifted up? I plan on having both sides on jack stands to do them both at once, I need to replace the end links too and I read that the best way to get those out is to have no weight on the suspension. My jack stands are rated for 2 tons I believe, so I am sure they would have no problem holding me, I just am not sure about getting in the car while its on the stands

I did mine one side at a time. I wouldn't be too worried about getting in the car while its on the stands. Just be semi-ginger with your movements. Don't go shaking around in the car, but even then I think you would be ok, granted your stands are in the right spots.

Which end links are you talking about? You can simulate no weight on the suspension by just jacking up the control arm.
