So I ordered some more detailing goodies on Thursday evening, to the tune of $330. I have easily spent four figures on detailing supplies so far this year... and I have a lot more to get ;)

Yes, I screwed up taking the pics lol

The box:

Kick a** place I order stuff from :cool_shades:

Well packed:

All on display:

I realized I have never shown how to remove swirls before, so I thought I would show you a quicky before and after... this is my beater (95 Tracer).... all swirled to hell :(

One pass with a yellow cutting pad and some DACP (Meguair's DACP):

[img]http://mywebpages.comcast.net/n2space2/134_3467.jpg' alt='' width='762' height='605' class='attach' />

No way near perfect, but you can see what a PC can do. It still needs a pass with a white pad and some SMR, and some Klasse AIO.

Feel free to hit me up with questions :)

If you spend 1000 bucks for products that will last you, say, 10 detailing sessions, and you make 200 bucks from each session, then you double your investment. Not too shabby, but it depends on how much your time is worth...

Well this isnt even my expensive hobby

As for making it up, yes I do. I charge around $25-$35 an hour essentially. A detail or two will pay for it. Most of it is time. I spend maybe $5 - $10 in materials for a detail, depending on what I do.
