i made a CAI my self. there are a lot of different ways to do this..but basically you get everything from the hardware store. except the filter. its hard to explain some of the parts but the easiest part to explain is the flex air pipe...this was near the plumbing section...everything i used was in or near the plumbing section.. but i used a drain that i had to cut the crap outta to be able to use...i recamand you tracing your MAF (mass air flow sensor) so you know exactly how big/small to get this thing...now i used a drain but you can use a toilet fixure.. i didnt because i couldnt get one to fit.. ..but the drain i used was black it had a rectangle bottom and a drain the was held in with screws...i cut the bottom off into a square that was a little bigger then the MAF. then the other side had to cylinders comeing up off the thing where i attached my air flex pipe...i dont know why there was 2 cylinders..one was 3 inch and one was 4..the hole was only going through the 3 so i cut the 4 inch one off....so everything in my CAI was 3 inches...then to connect the filter to the pipe i got 2 3 inch toilet fixtures and bolted them back to back...my pipe was 3 inches and my filter had a 3 inch opening.....hope that helps i know its a little confusing...PM with any other questions
