It's not hard at all. I have Gen 3 SHO seats in my '99 SE. The front seats are held down by 2 bolts and 2 nuts each. The rear upper seat back is held in by 4 bolts, and the bottom just pops out. Electrical connections on the front drivers seat were the same. All controls work fine.

The hardest part is moving the heavy drivers seat and rear seat back. Both are heavy and bulky.
