So, if i floor it in my car for just a second..... it will make this grinding noise... its almost as if the noise comes from my suspension from when the front of the car lifts up from flooring it and then the car settles back down and makes that grinding noise
...does this make sense? cant be good...

Its the special warning system telling you that your car is too powerful and to back off.

Nope. Could use a bit more detail... but... anyway.

First two things to check would be:
Motor Mounts (one could be broke)
Inside CV Joints (sometimes they wear and develop a little play that results in vibration during acceleration)

My car has 4000 miles on it... and its hard to recreate the noise all the time.. today i tried doing the same thing about 4 times.. just made a squeaking noise, which i hear is normal ...

but the grind happens every once in a while...
