Sounds like ABS sensor is gone
Wheel Lock Up
my right rear wheel locks up real EZ. i can get it to lock up any time i want under hard braking. and if its rainy or in a gravel lot it locks up easier...anybody got any ideas

Could also be a faulty height sensing proportioning valve, sticking caliper (if its 4 wheel disc) or grabbing shoes. There are alot of things that could be wrong but thats also a possibility.... Is your taurus equipped with abs?
