What Replacing Head Gasket..what All Do I Need?

Ok..gonna replace the blown head gasket on my roomates 99 OHV Taurus, what all do I need to order from AutoZone? I know head gaskets (obviously, replacing front and back..even though couple of people actually told me to just replace the blown one!), valve cover gaskets? (are they reusable?), will need oil/filter and new antifreeze..anything else I need to get? I am an import guy mainly, first Taurus other than my SHOs I have done engine work on, so just askin in advance. Want to make sure I have everything ordered so I can just do the swap in a day or 2.
