"WITH +20-25 HP!" Well that's almost not false advertising. +20 to -25HP I'd say those gains are about right averaging around ZERO HP gains.
Is it just me or does that just look like a switch with 3 wires that connects to absolutely nothing?

that's why chips are so popular with the taurus. you can advance the timing with a chip, and get better performance with premium fuel (91-93 octane). If you put premium fuel in a stock taurus, it won't help, other than to reduce detonation on the vulcans.
My friend has a Blazer, and people that do that MOD on a old BLAZER, they say that it does wonders.. I have heard alot more than just 5 people say that though.. Maybe because it is Throddle Body Injection and old or something
