So I was cleaning my TB, and checking on the K&N. When I went to reconnect everything, I noticed two unplugged connectors, yet I only unplugged one.

It might also help to know that my cruise control hasn't worked since I brought the car home.

Anyone know where this goes? Thanks in advance...

Vehicle speed sensor maybe? It is sort of in the area of the transmission, and since you have a stick shift and a speedo cable, I don't think a lack of speed sensor would give you any symptoms besides no cruise control.

No, that's plugged in already. On that harness, there are 3 connectors. 2 are pictured, 1 isn't.

There is the IAT sensor (not pictured), the MAF sensor (pictured), and the mystery connector (pictured).

alright, the MAF is plugged in, as is the IAT, i found the 3rd plug on the harness. look straight down from the top left corner of the airbox. the plug goes there. the place to plug it in is metal, tranny maybe? if you need a pic i'll go get one.

The SHOs have an unused connector that just lays on top of the transmission.

If that unused connector is on the same harness as the MAF and the IAT sensors, then I'm golden :)

I also found an unused connector at the back of the engine. Looks exactly like a DPFE sensor connector, but I'm not seeing an EGR on my SHO anywhere.

I'm pretty sure it goes to the warp drive! :D

Only the California MTX SHOs have an EGR system. All of the ATX SHOs have them.

I think that on my SHO, the connector that is coupled together with the MAF and IAT wire harness connectors gets plugged into a sensor (VSS?) that goes into the top of the tranny. But I'm not so sure that it matches the shape and size of the one that is shown in your pic...
