My car keeps getting code 41 i have replaced every sensor and wire plugs cap rotor air fuel filter it is a 3.0 vulcan 87 and does not have an egr or mass air flow sensor?

02 Sensor is brand new. I just got done this weekend replacing the lifters and pushrods and also the fuel pressure regulator. I tested the compression and I'm getting 165 to 178 on all pistons. none of them were the same exp the ones next too each other. i got timing set at 10TDC and the base curb idle set at 600 RPM the tps voltage is set @.904 volts said optimal was too set @ .84 but it seems to idle better at .9 I still get the code 41 continuous code the check engine lights goes off when i restart the car

Clogged injectors or a vacuum, leak. Is any one of your plugs whiter than the others? This would be the cylinder that is the leanest.

Vacuum leak on my PCV valve gave me a lean condition on both banks. Check it; all the volatile gasses that pass through the tubing for the PCV system eat rubber like mad.
