$2,400 for water pump replacement, come again ?

Not to mention $100 to replace the chain, which has to be removed to do the job anyway.

It's a 10 1/2 hour job and I think the dealer charges something like $185/hour

Might be on the books for 10.5 hours, but actual time is less. From the time I approved the work to the time they called me saying it was done was 6-7 hours. I'm guessing they had lunch in there too.
