Before I start to tear into things and possibly break them is it possible to remove the two panels that cover the two rear passenger seat belts in a 98 wagon? At the moment they only seem to come off so far and no further which prevents me from getting to the roller assembly which is no longer rolling up the two harnesses as designed.
