Could someone please tell me where I should be looking? I need to override my system so the car will start. A picture would be awesome, I have tried looking for one but no such luck.

Yeah, never heard of that one on a Taurus. Some luxury cars like Caddys have them in the glove compartment.

Do you have an aftermarket alarm?

Yea I have an aftermarket alarm. (Lights flash, and horn honks at the same time). I am stuck! Also, I realized that my driver side door lock seems to be jammed and pushed in. Could this be affecting my car starting?

Well that's probably going to be important to find out so you can obtain a manual.
I answered my own question. I do not have an aftermarket alarm therefore there is going to be no theft/override button present. However, I have found out how to disable my alarm system so I am thinking that if I do that then the no-start issue may be fixed. Am I correct?

No, the factory perimeter alarm is different from the passive anti-theft system. The perimeter alarm just sounds the alarm, but doesn't disable the vehicle. PATS is what disables the starter if the chipped key isn't present, but doesn't sound an alarm.

Is the Theft light flashing any differently at any time other than its normal slow blinking?

The theft light is not blinking at odd patterns. I have been trying to come up with a solution and the only thing I can think of would be to disable PATS to make it start. The only thing I can think of would be to disable PATS all together, but I have no clue how to do that. If anyone does, feel free to PM me.

Any other suggestions? Thanks.

EDIT: I just put the keys into my ignition and I plan on leaving them there for a while. I noticed the Theft light flashing very fast and continuously.

Note: Large metallic objects, electronic devices that are used to
purchase gasoline or similar items, or a second coded key on the same
key chain may cause vehicle starting issues. You need to prevent these
objects from touching the coded key while starting the engine. These
objects will not cause damage to the coded key, but may cause a
momentary issue if they are too close to the key when starting the
engine. If a problem occurs, turn the ignition off, remove all objects on
the key chain away from the coded key and restart the engine.
Theft indicator
The theft indicator is located in the instrument cluster.
• When the ignition is in the OFF position, the indicator will flash once
every 2 seconds to indicate the SecuriLock system is functioning as
a theft deterrent.
• When the ignition is in the ON position, the indicator will glow for 3
seconds, then turn off, to indicate normal system functionality.
If a problem occurs with the SecuriLock system, the indicator will flash
rapidly or glow steadily when the ignition is in the ON position. If this
occurs, the vehicle should be taken to an authorized dealer for service.
Automatic arming
The vehicle is armed immediately
after switching the ignition to the 3
(OFF) position.
The THEFT indicator will flash
every two seconds when the vehicle
is armed.
Automatic disarming
Switching the ignition to the 4 (ON) position with a coded key disarms
the vehicle.
• The THEFT indicator will illuminate for three seconds and then go
out.
• If the THEFT indicator stays on for an extended period of time or
flashes rapidly, have the system serviced by your dealer.
