After searching and searching for my vacuum leak, I decided to do a intake manifold smoke test with the EVAP leak detecor. (liquid nitrogen smoke) It's pretty simple. remove the home from the MAF sensor and plug it. (tester has various sized plugs) Insert tester hose nozzle into brake booster vacuum line and let the smoke roll in.
After a little pressure builds, the smoke will leak out from any cracks, holes or loose lines.
Here is where the smoke leaked out of my intake. (see pic)
Top of the IAC valve from the round cap. I am going to assume that this is a pressure relief valve or check valve to allow air to escape the IAC valve? If so, then It is probably normal that it would leak when there is pressure instead of vacuum?

Nevermind.

Just read Ford TSB 01-20-5. It says that you will see smoke coming from the IAC solenoid cap during a intake vacuum leak smoke test.

You did it cold, right? that's the best time to find leaking gaskets.
