Hello, i have 3.0L GL 2nd Generation Taurus, with a leaky hose, bandaged up for some time. Repair not working so well anymore, so i need to replace the hose, only trouble is, i'm not sure on the name or number of the part.
Also what tools would be required for changing the hose?
Thankyou to anyone who can help.

I believe that hose is called tee to water pump. If it has never been changed, it will have a crimped sleeve on the end opposite the water pump. It will have to be split open with a cut off wheel on a drill, hacksaw, diagonal cutters etc. being careful not to cut into the pipe. If it has already been changed, it will have a regular hose clamp and be much easier.
