From the sounds of it there doesn't look to be any correlation to the clunk and the transmission shifting, but it's defiantly coming from that area.

It started happening after I dropped the pan and changed the fluid and filter. I'll be driving and hear a faint "dunk" and feel a small clack. It's not interfering with shifting so I've got no idea what it could be... but I can actually feel it in the wheel and pedal.

Any ballpark ideas on where to look? I know it's not much info but that's really all I've got lol.

First, check the tranny dipstick when the engine's warm and running to make sure it's at the correct level. Stupid, but I have to say it.

I think the main things to look for would be a blown tranny mount or engine mounts, then check the condition of your subframe bushings.
