I just wont stop bugging you guys! I'm looking at picking up the shosource udp for my sho. i like doing things my self but if i need to go to a shop i will, how hard is it to install the pulley in an average home garage? Also any info on actual performance increases would be welcome. thanks again.

I haven't installed one yet, but I can say they should net ~8-10whp

You just unbolt the old pulley, then bolt on the new one. Putting the belt back on is the hardest part.

I really didn't notice much of a difference when I put an ASP underdrive pulley on my SHO.

No, you need a shorter belt with the UDP.

You don't really notice the power increase until you go back to the stock pulley. Then it is immediately noticable.

A shorter one. Whoever made or is selling the pulley should be able to tell you the length you need.
