It's suppose to go at strobe speed when the bulb is out. It's the car's way of telling you one of the bulbs is out. It's normal.

I got home today to find that my rear passenger side turn signal is out on my gen 4. Seems like a simple fix but whats f***ing me up is that my front turn signal on the passenger side is going at strobe speed while the driver side is normal. WTF? On a side note, how can i get those pins out of the plastic trunk panel, if tried everything and think I'm close to just snapping them.
