No it should not. However, if a problem is CREATED by the installation of the tranny cooler, the warranty will not cover that part. As long as the add on part does not directly cuase the failure of a covered component, your warranty will remain in effect.

In other words... don't install the lines where they will be kinked and cause a drop in pressure and don't overtighten or undertighten the clamps on the hoses. Make sure there are no leaks and all the lines aren't kinked.... and you'll be just fine. If you plan on keeping the car for a while, this is definitely a good idea. :)
