Have a mis but no codes. Trying to track it down. Already replaced the IAC. The haynes says:

Ignition on NOT running, should be less than 1.0 v with throttle closed. Mine read 0.78v approx, some times it was 8.84v but it was mostly constant at 0.78v

Open throttle till wide open, should be steady increase. Check. Nice steady increase.

Wide Open should be at approx 5v. Mine was 4.41V consistanly

Problem I have is haynes does not give an acceptable range for either.

Anyone have a specific acceptable ranges, maybe from Ford directly?

DH16 CHECK MECHANICAL OPERATION OF TP SENSOR

Key on, engine off.

Slowly move throttle from closed throttle position to wide open throttle position.

While opening and closing the throttle, is there a change in the TP PID (TP V PID) between 9.85% and 93% (0.49 and 4.65 volts)?

It can be a bad tps without you seeing it with the multimeter. To really test it you need an oscilloscope. Most meters wont show small problems with a tps. and it wont read a full 5v at FT. The computer would see that as a short.
