Tighten A Car Bra?

I bought a car bra/mask to cover up my bondo and stuff.. Well, it came in today, and I am about 75% satisfied.. The thing has some wrinkles in it, and it looks ugly.. Someone told me that when it gets in the sun, it will shrink to the shape or something to that extent..

Anyone know how to get the wrinkles out?!

Take it off and put it in the floorboard of your car and turn the floor heat on high.

Let it get to the point of melting and then put it on.

Next is take the grill out and get some velcro and stretch the lower part out and velcro it in tight and put your grill back in.

Looks good will look better after you do that.

well, I live in Texas, cant I just put it out in the sun


The back of it is felt. Wouldnt I have streached it out and it wont go back or something?

*edit* It is WOLF brand.. It has a thicker vynal thing, and a better backing

But it seems that the bra would fit better if it had more fasteners.. I am planning on getting a bunch of Velcro Squares, and sweing them on the Bra, and sticking them to the car.. I drilled some small holes in my heder panel thing to make the bra tighter, but the problem now is at the grill part.. it is all loose and gay looking..

So does a hairdryer heat it up enough to make it go on there?

What about putting it in a dryer, but my dryer has a rack you can put stuff on, so it heats it up, but doesnt tumble it..

From the bottom pic it looks like you have it pulled too tight. That may be why you are having problems at the grill.

or maybe not

I promise you if you throw it in the floorboard turn the heater on high with the windows rolled up and leave it there for five minutes It will go on smoothly and you wil be so impressed you send me $20.00

I bought a bra too but it looks alittle different then yours. Mine had those wrinkles when i first put it on. I just tightened the bra piece every day and let it in the sun. Now it looks good and there are barely any wrinkles.

Right now i only have the top piece on until i got those velcro pieces. Mine has velcro straps on the bottom piece but i need to buy some square straps to mount on the back of the bumper. I will get some pictures of mine today.

I paid $39 with shipping for mine. The top piece has hooks strapping while the bottem has both velcro and hooks. I had to go to my local Wacky Willies "junk store" to buy some velcro pieces that go on the the car. Mine is pretty thick and it feels like leather.
