If it's in the hundreds it's worth fixing. Not to mention insurance is cheap on those. I originally wanted a P71 Vic besides what I have.

Since I have a Grand Marquis (Crown Vic with fancier duds), allow me to help you a little.

For starters, it needs a wiper motor. That's why the wipers are stuck up. Happens a lot.

2003 had some problem with rear axle shafts. Seems to be a little softer metal, as such, when you replace axle bearings, you usually replace axles, too.

LCM issues.....2003 had some LCM problems, and they sporadically just die.

CEL and rough idle.....very likely a bad COP. Change all eight of them, they fail right about when they get to the mileage yours has.

For the most part, though, very solid cars, the P71 had a very taut suspension (770 inch pound front coils...DAYUM!), nice big sway bars front and rear, factory duals, reprogrammed PCM from the factory, little hotter engine tune, and a firmer transmission shift, lots of possibilities here.

Not to mention, a lot of neat Marauder **** bolts right in.

Check this site for idears......

Not to mention the 2003+ has redesigned suspension and braking. They also have a different 5-lug pattern meaning you can slap on 05+ Mustang GT rims :)

Is the truck you are referring to the cadilliac? And why are you getting rid of it?

Gotta get myself to a government auction! (Like I need any more cars...) :p
