Does anyone have any experience with this CD changer?

If you do, please post any review or opinion of this player here.

I'm thinking about buying one.

Thanks.

P.S. If anyone knows a site or brand for an MP3/CD-R/CD-RW compatible CD changer, please tell. NOTE: it has to be able to play MP3 CDs, 'cause that's all I've got :-D.

I have a Sony Explod 10 disc mp3 cd player. To get it to work with a taurus factory radio you need a adapter. I got both at Circuit City. The Adapter is by soundgate.

There are 2 parts to the adapter and together they cost about $80. One part is a box that changes the protocol and the other is a cable that changes the port to plug into the taurus. All the work is done in the trunk. You could mostly likely install it yourself.

Alpine makes nice sounding cd changers, and Soundgate makes an interface for them too. As does Pioneer but I have not been too happy with the build quality of their changers.

I used to have a Neo Changer. I had to cut a cd in half to get it out of the changer. Not to mention the fact that I had to unscrew everything to get to it and get the magazine out so I could get back the rest of my CDs. Personally, I would not reccommend a Neo Changer.
