i have a 2003 ford taurus and im having a problem starting the car.. the car wont even crank, the windows wont work, the radio,the fuel pump and the power locks wont work either..the battery is new, the starter motor works when bypass, cheked the fuses are all good and recieving power, replaced the ignition switch and the problem persist...any help would be apriciated, thanx

Another element that goes between the starter relay and hot (+12V) is TRS. If it is stopping current flow, none will get power, including radio, power lock, windows. I am not looking at the 2003 wiring diagram now, just writing from memory. Someone needs to verify.

apply parking brake and shift car into every gear with the key in the on position and see if the windows/radio ect will work...also check the distribution block under the hood for a blown fuse. ( owners manual will have location and labels )
a bad trs can cause these issues. did they all show up at once or did you they happen over time?
