That SHO is incredibly close to me - I'd be more than happy to pick it up for someone if they bought it.
If I had the money I'd put a bid in, but right now I don't think it's feasible b/c I'm pretty sure this won't be a cheap car. <_<

mabey it is because the asking price is to high. I can buy one from my local dealership for only $10,000. Plus I can get extras at cost!
There are 7 bids on it now, so people are interested.

Hey Bob, why don't you do a 5-speed conversion. I'm not sure if anyone else has done it, but this would definitely be WELL worth it considering everything else already done.

Now that I drive a Probe GT I can pick up on this. Check out the pic of the seats with the harness. That is a Probe GT. Very funny. That particular school used Probe GT's as pace cars. Nothing like a Roush prepared pace car. I saw one go on ebay.

The SHO was most likely used on the skid pad at the school. I have a book from Bob Bondurandt(SPELLING?) and it has every car in his fleet in the picture. This SHO and the Probe I was talking about is in the picture. I think he only had 2 probes and a handfull of SHO's. All of his track car's were 5.0 stangs, Roush prepared of course. And he also ran Ford open wheel formula cars in those days. I would love to attend his school but I can only afford the free book I got from a friend.
