Yes, Dan that's right, buying in bulks saves you money,but people tend to buy only 1 or 2, that's why we set up our individual pricing.
The items there are available with or without embroidery.
There is a one time set-up fee/digitizing fee for custom logos, usually in the range of $30 to $60.00 depending on the complexity of the logo to compensate for the time and sew out samples converting your company logo to stitches. Others charge a high $100 to $300.00. With text only, there is no setup fee.
The $6.00 fee is for direct embroidery on each garment.
