Looking on ebay I found a 2003 taurus service manual and scan tool combo. I am wondering if anyone here has used this or is it as I suspect junk?
The seller is chiltonsondemand

IMO, Chiltons manuals, as well as Haynes manuals, suck. They are always vague, and often wrong. Get the Ford (Helms) manual(s). There are hundreds of scan tooks out there from bare bones "code readers" to near dealer level scan tools available for home use. Get the best one with the most features that you can afford. Even the most expensive ones will pay for themselves many times over.
