Code 159 is indicating that the MAF has not shown the correct voltage at some point. With the ignition key on, you should get about 10.5 volts when probing the MAF connector with a voltmeter. If you don't (and you've already replaced the MAF), I'd start looking for a damaged harness or wiring.
