I first noticed it while driving tonight. It's very subtle in volume, such that it's easy to drowned it out with minimal volume on the radio.

It's nothing like the normal seat-belt/everything beep, much quieter but much faster and seems to be coming from somewhere different entirely. And it continues even after I've turned the car off, removed the key from the ignition and opened the door - only then does it finally go away after 5 or 10 seconds.

What could this possibly be? I saw nothing on the dash that would indicate something is afoot.

Thanks people.

Nope, all of the lights seem fine. Except that the e-brake light, and possibly others, only seems to work occasionally.

*Shrugs*

It hasn't done it since I created this thread, and it never did it beforehand either. I don't trust flukes though...
