Replacing the subframe on my 92 SHO Wagon. I have her jacked up, supported on the 2 rails behind the subframe. All the front suspension is off the car. Motor mount bolts are loose as are the subframe bolts. I have a brace supporting the engine/trans.

So, once the subframe is down, the front clip has no problem supporting the wieght? I would hate to have the front end of my car collapse

A pic of your engine support would be nice, but not mandatory. As long as you have the support on the inner fender "rail or lip" it should be fine, I've done it like that numerous times.

It's a good one, got it off a guy that has used it for many clutch changes - 3 points of contact, sides (on the rail) and the front.

Just wanted to make sure that the clip could support the wieght.
