I went to replace my front subframe bushings and used the new bolt with the new bushing. Of course the problem with the rust buildup on the inside of where the bolt goes thru, and using a new bolt was a recipe for goofing up. I tried jamming something in the smaller access hole but that did nothing. Now I am going to have to attempt to cut some type of access hole to where I can get a wrench in there. Has anyone else done it, and what specifically do I have to do? Drill? What type bit? Its really a shame, I have access to a full garage, with a huge compressor and all the goodies, and since I have never messed around with air tools, I have to try and drill a huge hole in the frame metal above the subframe. If I could get some type of side grinder in there and a cut off wheel? Anyways, can anyone give me some idea on what I have to do? Thanks...
