Is it possible to replace burned out LEDs in the rear spoiler stop light? I took the light out and it looks to be sealed permanently. Has anyone tried to heat it up and remove the lens?

theoretically yes you can replace a burned out led by desoldering the old and soldering in new but as to how to get into the assembly is a good question. is the adhesive soft? or is it plastic welded together? if it is soft you could try heating it up with either a heat gun or in the oven (not too lng or it will warp) and cut the softened glue with a utility knife. your best bet may just be to go to a salvage yard and see if you cant find a good used one
