i want one!! damn, how come everytime i see something i want it?! i will have to get pics of my friends motorized 15" screen(thats no typo). never seen anyone else with a motorized screen as big as his. he was gonna make it touch screen, but he ran out of time before he had to go to daytona for SBN. next time i go to his place ill snap some pics ot it, it is very impressive.

that audi install is very clean, i like it alot... i might just have to get one of those...

A complete embedded development system with touchscreen runs around 2.5-3k. I can't recall off the top of my head who makes the one that my team is using, but everything worked right out of the box. You can probably find mini touchscreen LCD's for around $500, the computer wouldn't cost you all that much, it's just making everything look pretty which may require a bit of programming skill. The results, however, are impressive and probably worth it.

I had one in my Gen 3 completed and tied in with the stereo and a dash mounted LCD and everything.

Some of you may have seen it at Norwalk last year. I never got pics though.

All I gotta say is this is one dude with alot of money and definitely alot of time... holy crap... i am seriously impressed. It all seems easy.. it's just putting the time in and getting the equipment to do it..

Actually the more and more I look at it.. it's basically a tablet pc... a very good tablet pc. my buddy has a cheapo one and it can basically do the same... just needs bigger harddrive
