Good job on the grill. But Im not too fond of the lights behind it. Also nice work on the logo and the lettering. Looks good. But I dunno about all that blue wire loom...
I hate colored wire loom, looks too much like :rice:  :roflmao:

Ohter then that, you get Three :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

props for the wire looming. I like it!

I don't think a simple engine dress-up is "rice." Now if the whole thing was like that, it would be a different story. I agree that all-black is plain.

I too have thrown some color on my engine: the front valve cover is anodized blue. Looks really sweet when it's clean. Used blue silicone tubing for the oil-breather to air-intake tube (not sure what that particular tube's called). I also used blue couplers for the fender-welled "CAI." Looks decent.

Looks good. One of these days I will put my loom kit that I've had sitting around for atleast a year and a half.

How did you go about making the grill. That looks a lot nicer than my attempt that I did almost two years ago. I'm curious how you attached the mesh to the black housing. Same with the Ford logo. If it's not hard, I'll probably re-do mine (hopefully, I can find my stock grill!)

the grill is just gutter mesh you get at a hardware store painted silver and is held on by fishing line... it took some time only cause of all the little knots ... the ford logo in the grill is only held on by tabs so just pop that out and put the mesh on and cut away the mesh around the small holes for the logo and pop it back in

Red might have been a better color for the line/wire covering.

It does look good tho. Nice to be able to fix up something a bit without having to spend a fortune.
