I was a little bored so I searched through the Taurus section (92-99) in Ford's database of certified used and so far I've come back with 31 gen 3's SHOs and 2 gen 2 SHOs. One had the caption "a REAL Sho Stopper Call Ask For Jeff" but this one actually had a big sticker on the windshield....

Update:

I finished searching through the 500 results the final count is:

41 Gen 3 SHOs
2 Gen 2 SHOs

I searched again this time for Gen 1 SHOs but I only got "L" and a few "GL"s..

Don't bellieve that these aren't used cars from Ford Motor Company, they are in the Certified program, and are at dealers. IIRC, this is a totally dealer-run program.

I saw a 96 SHO whose engine was warranted for 6 months at a dealer, the salesmen couldn't tell me if it was because the cams were done. Wheres this Ford database you speak of Shoconty? I'd like to look at it.

• Go to www.fordvehicles.com
• select Search Local Dealer Inventory
• select Search Used Vehicle Inventory
• enter your zip code
• enter the vehicle search criteria
• look through the results

when I did my search I selected with in any distance of my zip....
