I know this sounds super anal (I'm not) - just hoping somebody else tried this:

I have a 97 LX parts car supporting my 98 SE. Can anyone tell me if a manual seat back is interchangable with a power driver's seat back? The standard seats in my 97 have storage netting on the backs that I'm hoping to swap into my 98.

Also, if it can be done, are there any tips / tricks to make the job easier?

Many thanks - Ben

Just Grab as much of the body side of the harness from the 97 as you can. May have to swap seat belt buckles between the seats. 3 13mm nuts and 1 larger nut that will require a breaker bar and out it comes :) Your 98 may or may not be pre-wired for power seats, but I bet it is.
