I wish the resolution was better. I think that might be my Bro-in-law in my old '95. He went downtown yesterday looking for a job and said he couldn't get where he was going because of the road closures.

I found the original photo but the resolution isn't any better, sorry about that.

If you want to know how bad traffic is just let me know I work 1/2 block from where that picture was taken (directly accros the stree from the Capitol). People are UPSET about all this security. People wont spit on the street because of all the cops. Its BAD!!
