seems to be a parking lot speeds that it only does this...feels like scrapes in the brake pedal. just put new rotors/ceramic pads on...greased everything up nice..but did not put thread lock on the caliper mounting brackets. maybe they are loose from the vibrations...

what you guys think.

If it fells like the calipers are loose, then your best bet would be to lift the car and check the torque on the caliper bolts. It only take a few minutes and from a safety point of view, you can't go wrong...

The discs on the back of my '95 do the same thing. They've done it for 5 years, 60k miles, 3 sets of pads, two sets of rotors and one set of calipers. I've come to ignore it. I still check them every once in a while.
Funny, I haven't had to do the fronts at all though.
