I have a set of that same 15 inch alloy in picture and I just weighed it on my bathroom scale and got 15 lbs with out the center cap.

While I was at it I have a 16" 5 spoke Tuarus alloy w/stepledge and it weighed 18lbs with out the center cap.

I would guess plus or minus a pound and your are pretty close.

I hope this helps.

Saving 8-10 lbs is just a waste of time in my book.

8-10 pounds in the grand scheme of things is not that big of a deal, but shaving weight off your wheel does wonders for tranny life, wheel bearing life, and acceleration. There're different physics in play for both accelerating your car, and accelerating your tires. The lighter your tires/rims, the less your engine needs to work to get them moving. Then you need to worry about your engine moving your car out of it's own way.
