The front rotors on my 2001 Taurus seem to be going and I was curious if anyone knew if I could replace them with the good ones on my 1998 Taurus. Thanks.

Measure them. If both cars have the same diameter rotor you can.

No, the 2001 has 11.6" front rotors and the '98 has 10.9" rotors. You can use them if you also use the caliper brackets and pads from the '98 (the calipers themselves are the same), but you'd be downgrading your brakes.
