I just had my car looked over at a place, and they stated that my coolant was more antifreeze than water by quite a bit. I have never added any coolant to the car so my question is, is this bad?, should i have the radiator flushed? I will be doing that eventually, but i was gonna do it in april along with brakes and fluid flush, transcooler, speedbleeders, PS flush, and probably a host of other things.

the antifreeze doesn't do anything to help in cooling - the water actually does that. All that antifreeze does is to condition the water (make it less corrosive to the metal in your block and pump), and to raise the boiling point and lower the freezing point of the water. 50/50 ratio is the general rule. The ford manual says to flush the coolant system every year, so If you haven't done it in a while, I would go ahead and do it.

I usually do 60/40 antifreeze to water. We need the water down here in Texas where it gets hot during the summer.

If you go much more anti freeze than a 60/40 split it will slush up, read that no circulation, at about -30F and freeze hard below that. This is from experience of my own. It some times gets below -50F so proper mixing is important.
