Can anyone direct me to a resource on the internet that will tell me all of the cars a particular tire size will fit.

In other words, I have some 205-65-15 tires and I want to know outside of the Gen 1-Gen 3 Taurus and Sable what other cars are these tires an OEM size for?

No.

It may not exist but if something like it does, I could find a use for it.

Such a database doesn't exist. That tire will fit on other 15" x 6" wheels though.

Sarcasm aside, the 205/65R15 tire goes on almost every car from '70's-'80's 'till past 2000. It's one of the more common sizes out there.
