yes, but dont bother, get an aftermarket one.

Most ford factory remote starts (like that one) are made by code alarm, who is a good company, but the ones they make for the OE are ****. Go get a normal aftermarket one. Pluss youll need a bypass for your car.

Plus that thing doesn't even have an alarm. For a bit more you can get the complete package that will do everything. Plus I doubt you're gonna wanna hook it up yourself (too many wires for me to deal with) so you'll prolly end up having to pay someone (expect about a hundred bucks or so).

I can vouch for how many wires it takes to hook one of those things up. I helped someone do it on my parent's old Expedition, and it was a b!tch. Definitely one of those things that's not worth doing yourself. It's worth the 75-100 bucks you'll spend having a professional install it (and you'll get a warranty and support on the installation!)
