Why are you worried about the hole? Are you permanently removing it?

well i know my taurus is heavy as hell, so I wanna shave a few tenths of, how do I remove the rear seat? Is it realtively easy? I hope so, and if so how do I cover up the gaping hole, wood and carpet? Huh lemme know if anyone knows thanks guys Paul
