Yea, I had the same exact problem and it took quite some time and effort to separate it. Driver side came out fine, pass, not so much). What I ended up doing was wedging a larger flat wrench in the space you see the threads thru and applying upward pressure on the fitting (don't overdo it) and also pushing the hardline itself towards the body so it stays straight (yes I have 3 hands). The problem is that the hardline fitting is tapered and what happens is, it tilts as you undo it resulting in threads engaging/disengaging and you just basically spin things in place. I did get mine out with a lot of pain and swearing so it is at least possible.
Putting things back in, you have to make sure the fitting goes in perfectly straight (it' doesn't want to and from certain angles looks right when it isn't, so be sure), and again you have to apply pressure to the hardline itself to make sure it is always dead straight going in. Slow and steady process. Otherwise, it will be tightened crooked and you'll either mess up the threads, it will leak, or both.
